my son works in masionary and he sweats around his privates on both sides and it itches there what shall i tell him he uses antibotic cream and it still itches him

It could be a fungal infection that is causing the itching. So, please ask him to use OTC antifungal medications to be applied locally.

I wld tell him to powder up before work instead of using cream. I think u'd want it dry there. Idk if it works on the crotch but my daddy used to swear by gold bond. Cream at night wen hes not sweating tho.

1. 100% cotton loose fitting underwear.
2 . Use of pure zinc oxide cream (non-scented) daily or as needed.
3. Frequent washing with mild hypoallergenic soap . Rinse well and dry.
