allergy
my wife toke the oxycodone-apap/10-325 mg tawat and she started iching; what am i have to do?
hydrocodone? Causes everyone to itch, but some ARE allergic. Call poison control, a pharmacist, or a doc.

Oxycodone/apap is a combination of a narcotic (oxycodone) and a non-narcotic (acetaminophen) used to relieve moderate to severe pain.It is possible that your wife has shown an allergic reaction to any of these two drugs.Side effects to this combination includes hives and itchy rashes,dizziness,nausea, drowsiness, flushing, vision changes, or mental/mood changes,chest tightness,difficulty breathing etc.
Pls stop this drug and take her to the doctor immediately.She needs to have oral or I/V steroids and antihistaminics immediately.Take her as soon as possible so that life threatening anaphylaxis can be avoided.
