Hello and hope you are doing well.

Your symptoms of hyperventilation and difficulty yawning could also be attributed to Chronic Hyperventilation Syndrome. It is characterized by hyperventilation for no apparent reason, frequent yawning, palpitations, dizziness, sweating, fainting, depression, and cold sweats. Please consult your primary care physician for assessment. In the meantime you could practice breathing exercises and good relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

i visited a doc n  i explained to him on my breathing issue n how ive been having abit of discomfort in the heart as well n i explained to him that both my mom and my twin bro have been having anxiety problems then he gave these pills n to get back to him n the pils  that my dad dosnt want me to take  do ther sideeffects n that there for adults... however im gonna go for second opinion one of these days. So he thinks it cud be from anxiety but i dont know about that. I often get really winded when im singing wich is really anoying. You know having to stop in the middle. And no im not on any medication n my mom has asthma i think i havnt seen her use her puffer in years though.

Hello and hope you are doing well.

There is an entity called exercise induced Asthma, here as the person starts exercise, the changes in the environmental air breathed in trigger an attack of asthma, causing cough and breathlessness. Also, the symptoms of asthma are aggravated at night. Have yourself evaluated for the same. This can be detected by a spirometry test.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
