I'd make an appt with an ENT .. they have gone on for years' more training and only deal with ear, nose, throat problems.  Also, feel free to try and post on one of our ENT community or expert forums as an idea!

HI,

Maybe the unequal pressure in your ear is causing the dizziness and then you get scared and anxiety is there.  But I'm not a Dr, just a mom of 4 older children who have had severe allergies.

HAs the Dr prescribed a nasal spray such as Flonase maybe to help take down the swelling?  Maybe an ENT is the next step if it continues bcz sometimes sinusitis can settle in the ear causing the vertigo you experience.

Keep us posted.
