thankyou for your reply he is still itchy on his feet and legs there is no rash now he is just itchy.I am going to take him to a doctor on monday i hope it can be sorted for davids sake he has never had this before

How is your son? Are there other symptoms present? If Piriton or Chlorphenamine maleate is not helping, you may need to have him see a doctor for proper management. Aside from anti histamine medications, topical anti-itch preparations and ice compress may help provide relief. Identification and avoidance of triggers may also help. It sounds like eczema. You should have him checked by your pediatrician...possibly a dermatologist
