MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How is your son? Are there other symptoms present? If Piriton or Chlorphenamine maleate is not helping, you may need to have him see a doctor for proper management. Aside from anti histamine medications, topical anti-itch preparations and ice compress may help provide relief. Identification and avoidance of triggers may also help. Take care and do keep us posted.

It sounds like eczema. You should have him checked by your pediatrician...possibly a dermatologist
