one more question about my breathing.. help

ok i dont know whats wrong, i went to the doctors and got medicine for my allergies.. but right now i cant breathe.. its VERY VERY hard to breathe right now.. i keep coughing alot and everytime i cough.. i gag and almost throw up.. and its very hot in my house right now which makes it more miserable.. please help me.. maybe its liquids like snot of something in the back of my throat? if so.. how could i get rid of it fast b/c if it keeps like this.. i think i will seriously quit breathing.. help

Try hot herbal tea, preferably mint, wth a generous amount of honey in it. I know you said it's hot in your house, but a hot drink will really help.

I get this every year and couples of times matter of fact.  Believe it or not, CHILDRENS BENADRYL-D ALLERGY & SINUS works great!!  It took 1 whole day of taking it, and the next day, well, I always keep this medicine on my self:)

is there any kind of medicine i can take to clear my throat? its been like this for so long.. theres no way i can cough it out or swallow.. i need like medicine i guess..

Your allergies sound like what my brother has -- The only thing that helps him is Prednisone.  You might need a weekend vacation away from where you live to someplace where there's less pollen or pine or whatever you are allergic to.

*crys* please help.. Its very difficult to breathe.. I think theres stuff in the back of my throat.. And I cant cough it out b/c I start to gag and it sticks when I gag.. Like I stay gagging for like 10 secs and I cant breathe.. Someone help me please please *crys *
