Hi there,
It’s good to hear that the rash is coming down so it probably the tight clothing that was causing the problem. However if the problem persist do get see a dermatologist in this regard so a patch test could be done in order to ascertain what the allergen is.
If you have any further queries do get in touch with me.

Hi,
Its me again. I have stop wearing the tight pant (polyester made) since last 2 weeks. I have been wearing it very often from the day I bought it(which is 6 month ago). The result is I stop having additional red rash and pimple on my thigh . Its getting less and seems recovering. I hope it is not the car seat covers since I am still driving but I will keep this possibility in mind.

Hi there,
During adolescence due to hormonal imbalance it is not rare to get boils or furuncles (medical terminology) especially on the back and thighs.
But what you describe now does appear to be one that may be caused by an allergic reaction. It is possible that the car seat covers may be causing it. But a proper examination of these pimples needs to be done. So the next time you get one of these please make sure that you visit a dermatologist in this regard.
Try the few things I recommended in my earlier post and see if it comes down. Avoid self medication especially avoid any steroid creams.
If you have any further queries do get in touch with me.

Speaking of getting pimples on the thighs that might be allergies, I used to get the worst case of boils on the backs of both thighs when I was just a little girl. I never did find out why this happened to me so long ago. I do remember the boils, though, and the torture of my mother using a needle to pop the boils on the backs of my thighs and squeezing. Now, though, I'm wondering if they were possibly blisters as an allergic response to the hot vinyl car seat on my bare skin rather than boils. I remember that my mother said they were boils. Being that I was so young and I couldn't see back there, how would I know? I do know that I've always had a lot of allergies. Have you ever come across a similar situation? Do you have any idea of what this might have been all those years ago?
Hi there,
If you have a rash or pimple on your thigh it is mostly to be due to tight clothing. What you describe does look like a heat rash but another possibility is an allergic reaction.
Try the following:
Wear loose clothing for a few days.
Avoid itching.
Apply Calamine lotion to the areas or a simple natural moisturizing cream.
If you have used a new cosmetic product or bathing soap lately stop it immediately and revert to what you were using previously.
Do get back to me if you have any further questions.
