red bumps on hands

hi,
i was suffering from small bumps on my hands like mosquito bites from 20 days with itch especially in nights.i have these bumps only on hands ,can any one sujjest me something about this,,,

i have tried the cortisone cream as prescribed by my doctor and it hasnt worked.... i have small bumps on my hands  that can be painful when i mess with them. my bf also has them. but his tendto scab unlike mine. i itch mainly at night. or when its hot. i am in dsperate need of help...anyone?

It seems like these bumps are itchy. This is likely a form of eczema, called dyshidrotic eczema, and it worsens at night as you rightly stated.It is a minor skin problem linked to improper skin care or over exposure to the sun.

It could be treated by using topical cortisone cream both in the mornings and evenings before going to bed.In addition, you might need to stay away form harsh chemicals such as soaps containing harsh substances, get milder ones.
And don't attempt to pop the bumps, it aggravates the itching and might result in scarring.
