Hi,
Pain and pressure behind eyes with dizziness is due to sinusitis(especially due to ethmoid or maxillary sinusitis). Measures to relieve these symptoms include adequate hydration, use of analgesics or antipyretics, nasal wash, decongestants, expectorants, antibiotics, nebulizers etc. You need to see a ENT specialist for signs to see whether that infection has spread beyond the nasal sinuses into the bone, brain, or other parts of the skull require emergency care. Hope this helps. Best.

Do you get blurry vision when this happens. This year has been horrible for my sinusitis and eye. My left eye hurts and feels like it will blow across the room. I have been to allergist, eye doc's and plenty of other doctors. Sometimes my eyes are sticky.
I can't help you but I have the same problem.
