Hello and hope you are doing well.

The constant runny nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion could be due to vasomotor rhinitis, in which the symptoms occur in response to a trigger, like eating spicy food or going outside in the cold.  The primary treatment is simply avoiding the things that trigger your symptoms. It is often treated with a drying nasal spray (like Atrovent) and antihistamines like chlopheneramine and lovatidine are effective. Nasal decongestant drops too relieve congestion. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

I'm going to answer this similar to how I answered another question. Get yourself tested by your doctor or have them refer you to an allergist to get tested for what you are allergic to. My favorite over the counter medication for allergies is Zyrtec, I don't have any reactions to it whatsoever and it works faster than Claritin does for me. The doctor may check you for rhinitis, which for the lack of better words is having very little to no lining in your nose, which, in turn causes the mucus to just kind of run out all over the place.

Make sure you stay clean yourself and keep your living area/house CLEAN. Especially window areas, bedding, carpets, and other places you may not usually think to clean- also make sure things like air conditioning vents are clean and the filters are new. This may make things worse as chemical cleaners can bother people with allergies like myself, but one day of suffering from chemicals allows 6 more days of that week for me to breathe in a clean environment better. I also just turn on my air purifier to get rid of some of the fumes and use it other times for pollen and dust. Check out http://airpurifiersource.com/ there's tons there.

Also, make sure any pets you have that may be causing allergies need to either be given away (unfortunate, but helps in the long run) or kept extremely clean and inside as much as possible as well. And finally, if there are any plants in your yard that could be causing you suffering, get rid of them! And plant something that doesn't give off as much pollen.

Take care!
