MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

The rash could be hives, which develop in response to an allergic reaction, by the release of histamine. The allergen can be medications, food, extremes of temperature, exercise and viral infections to name a few. So, therapy lies in resolving the allergic triggers and anti-histamines. Please consult your primary care physician for further evaluation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Very interesting... Did you eat or drink anything that you dont normally eat or drink?? Like some type of nuts, or seafood/shellfish, or it could be a medication/vitamin that you dont normally take.  I say this because I had the same thing like 5-6 years ago.  I got Erythema multiforme- its like a rash that I got from eating 1 flintstones(lol) vitamin.  The rash wouldnt look as bad as poison ivy but it would ITCH just as bad!  And the rashes would appear only to disapear in 15-30 minutes.  All over my body, I went to multiple doctors, but 3 of them were stumpped to what this was an what had caused this.  So the next night I went to nighttime pediatrics, an the lady doctor walked right in explained the symptoms an she said right away,   erythema multiforme.  I was like what?? She said have you eatin anything out of the norm, I said no.  Have you taken any medications? My mom was with me an she said, OHH remember you took that flintstones gummy vitamin a coulple days ago. Sure enough that was it!! She gave me some medication and a cream to apply to the rash.  But dont let it go unseen because she said it can be life threating if not treated!  But just keep an eye on it, if the rashes become more than ithcy like painful... YOU MUST SEE A DOCTOR!!
