swollen nodes and cracking tongue

hello every1, i was diagnosed with scabies as i struggled with allergie for about a year. im an hiv negative but im developing a swollen nodes, breathing problem as heavy on the chest and now i have a. crack line in my tongue which is trying to bigger. how this can be solve? plz i need ur help, what is the cause of this exaclly? im very weak now feeling like lying in bed.  the scabies lotions is reallly trying to cool down these itchy but inside me nothing works, this hairy coated tongue still on developing. plz can u advice me, im very sick and docters are not fast with me.

Swollen lymph nodes and cracking tongue can a result of a yeast?
I was diagnosed with scabies but i keep on developing a lots symptoms hair falling, skin problem with itchy like biting sensation but no bumps and i thought its hiv but now 15 months i still in negative results. can any1 answer me plz

thanks for your advice, i went to see my private doctor yesterday, he was very shocked and asked me why did i not went to see him before, but he treated me and gave some tabets to followed up my treatment and i guess it will help. thanks a lots advisers around the forum, i will keep posting until i get a proper result.

If you have swollen lymph nodes and changes in your tongue, I would strongly advise you to see your primary care physician as soon as possible as this might be a manifestation of tongue cancer.  It also might be something as simple as a tongue infection, but evaluation by a physician would be needed to help you with your problem.

which kind of doctor can i visit about my tongue problem? i went to see a dermatolog, she told me that she doesn't do tongues, chest or swollen nodes just a skin problem. so im now confused... please can u still answer me.

A cracked tongue is a sign of allergic reaction. So are all of the other symptoms you mentioned.
Have you been to see the doctor since starting on the medication? If not, I suggest you do.
