My throat is itchy and i Have phlegm I cough and sneeze.I find my self clearing my throat all the time. Nose starts running after I sneeze and when it gets itchy that's when my eyes and nose starts running and i start sneezing.

Okay. You say you don't have allergies that you know of. Your symptoms still sound like a allergic reaction to me. Have you discussed this with your family doctor ?  Sometimes allergies are inherited from ones parents.
Two of my allergies I am pretty sure I inherited from my dad. Anyway, allergies can almost appear over night.

This happens At any time any ware  i don't  Have allergys that I know of and I am not sick with a cold.this started a couple years ago one minute I am fine then this starts up again.it seems like when I Have drainage down my throat it tickles and I try to not cough or clear my throat so if I try to hold it in that's when I sneeze and my eyes get watery

Hello Annie,

Welcome to the allergy forum. I see you joined Med help this month.
This does sound like an allergic reaction to something you have been exposed to. Have you ever had a skin allergy test ?  Where I live , if you want to see an allergist, you have to have a referral from your doctor.
I had a skin test a number of years ago now. At least then  you would know what you are allergic to.  Are these things you are experiencing happening inside your home , outside your home or both ?  Based on your comments, I would try and see an allergist for a skin allergy test.
