Alopecia and a positive ANA test

Hey I have alopecia areata which causes me to get small patches of hair loss which grow in over time.
I have recently had blood tests done and received a positive Ana result. Does anyone know if alopecia itself (as it is an autoimmune disease) can cause a positive Ana result? I am exptremely worried about being diagnosed with lupus or another autoimmune disease.
