Hi your message reminded me of my son, he had infection in his forehead in his sphenoid sinus which was not going to come out on its own. He was put to sleep and the doctor went up into his nose and got it out.
I hope you can find some help,
Dee

hi,

I suffered from allergic rhinitis and allergic conjunctivitis before. Almost similar to your case, I even hot nasal turbinate hypertrophy because of it. Im a nurse by profession thats why I am very aware that taking synthetic medications is not good for your liver because of your history. Do you wanna know what helped me out with my prob similar to you? I'll be glad to share it to you! :)

If the cyst is located in a sinus cavity that could be a factor!

This sounds like an allergy problem -- you don't say you have a sinus infection, and even if you did they usually go away without treatment.  Taking antibiotics would get rid of an infection but increase your allergy problem.  The best thing is to find out what you're allergic to -- food, material, toxins, pollens, whatever -- and avoid them, and work to keep your immune system in check to control inflammation.  Allergies are not easy to deal with, though.  There are many natural antihistamines, but they won't do anything better than the ones you're using, they just have fewer side effects and aren't as hard to stop taking.  Changing your diet can help as well, as many foods are pro-inflammatory even if you're not allergic to them, such as white flour, simple carbs, and the wrong kinds of fat.  But again, allergies are an immune system problem (an overactive system) and are very hard to deal with in a big toxin filled city like the one you live in.
