Uric acid level 9.8

I suffer with pain in most parts of my body.And i see my doctors many times.Befor a month i know my uric acid level was 11 .After changing my food type to vegitable and taking 4litters of water with an exercise 3 days per week now it is 9.8.But my doctor give me Menze cream ,Neurovit tablet and Indomethacin 25mg capusules.shall i take madicine or i continue takeing vegitables and alot water with exercise?

Try a little baking soda in water a few times a day.  Also read book, "An Apple a Day, Is It Enough Today?"  byTed Morter

You might want to try some dandelion tea to reduce the uric acid.  Also Spirulina is supposed to help.

Ok,I have a pain at joints of my hand arm and finger and at my back bone .No inflamation,no color change..

Do you have gout?  We're not experts here, can't tell you what to do medically.  There are natural remedies that might help lower the uric acid, such as celery seed extract, so you might want to discuss this with a naturopath or other professional in natural medicine.
