So far I found the following, I was wondering what I'am missing out.

is really great against the Hep-C virus. Virgin Coconut Oil is the most abundant natural source of lauric acid available. This is really good against the virus.

Other things that include Fatty 3 Acids are: fish and shellfish, flaxseed (linseed), hemp oil, soya oil, canola (rapeseed) oil, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, leafy vegetables, and walnuts

You forgot Dandelion - detoxes the liver and improves bile flow.  Lycopodium is one of the main remedies for liver problems such as hepatitis.  Selenium keeps this viral infection of the liver under control.

Hep C is a virus, and as far as I know nothing you've mentioned except perhaps one is an anti-viral.  Mostly, you've described anti-inflammatories and liver cleansers, which could be a problem if you're taking medication.  These would help strengthen the liver, but wouldn't act directly on the virus, only on the consequences of the virus.  There are natural anti-virals, but whether they would be strong enough to do anything about Hep C is doubtful.  Two of the strongest are olive leaf and elderberry, which can help minimize colds and flus but Hep C?  There is a product made by Herb Pharm that is used to help prevent reoccurrences of persistent viruses, originally called lomatium hyperium combination.  It's used for any virus that lingers in the body.  Lomatium can be very good for the liver as well, and there's a very strong version of it called lomatium isolate.  Isatis is another herb used for viruses.  St. John's wort (hypericum) is a known anti-viral.  So there are plants out there that are anti-viral, but none of them is mentioned in your list.

People with HCV should be aware of a bacteria called V. vulnificus, found in the Gulf of Mexico and other warm waters. It infects oysters and other shellfish. Pollution is not what causes the contamination in the shellfish, so just avoiding contaminated waters is not enough of a precaution. This bacteria can be in raw or undercooked fish. But, get this, it's not enough for those with HCV to just avoid oysters, sushi, and lightly cooked shellfish , but this bacteria can infect open wounds when a person goes swimming in infected waters!

Some of the remedies you mentioned above, are used
to lower viral load. I just wanted to remind people, that cirrhosis can still ocur, with a low viral load.
