Update on using Fibroplex (B6, B1, Malate etc) for muscle pain

I don't have a question but I found that for my chronic myofascial pain back pain Fibroplex (which contains vitamin B6. B1,Malate, magnesium and manganese ) 2 pills a day which is 100mg/day B6, Malate at 1200mg/day, and 150mg magnesium, 5 of manganese, has helped some with my muscle pain. I am also taking d-Ribose for muscle energy. I take 400mg more of SloMag (magnesium chloride) also. I have been doing lots of flat walking (about 1 hour a day very slow) and I was told I could walk hills. I started doing 1 hill 10 steps at a time Increasing whenever I could. Now I am doing my 5th hill and still doing 10-20 steps at a time and it is helping me with pain and mobility. So, even though it is tough and a long slow process if you have this same problem  keep it up! I also do guided imagery for relaxing and trying to control anxiety/stress and biofeedback breathing exercises. I am far from normal in that I don't do much around the house, can't bend and so forth but I thought I would share what has helped some.

I had both knees totally replaced and what I did was to take the pain meds
after the therapy because therapy was only about an hour but the pain after was for hours so it was better to take it afterwards. Though I only had two sessions of therapy so it wasn't really bad.

I am recovering from a recent partial hip replacement and work with a physical therapist to regain mobility. As you can imagine I suffer muscle pain, but I have to push on. My doctor, the visiting nurse and my therapist are all in favor of my taking pain medication before an exercise period. I have found this to be very helpful since pain retards my progress.
