ever thought of seeing a homepathic doctor? it might help..co-q10 might help your energy levels but takes a while to get into your system. try a good multivit (high strenth) because if you just take a couple of other vits you might be missing some vit you really need. and a pro-biotic to help your stomach absorb your food properly....stay away from sugar for a bit,(sugar gives you a high at the time you eat it, but makes your sugar levels drop after a while, and make you feel worse) keep a food diary and make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day or 6 small meals..
Well, I saw a naturopath first and when his prescription of natural supplments and some homeopathic remdies did not work, he himself suggested to me to see a homepathic doctor. I wish I could afford that time. I already spent so much with my naturopath that I didn't visit him at least once. What will a homepathic doctor do? Detoxify and strengthen systems, try to bring me back in balance?
I have tried, and I still usually do take multi-vitamin mineral by centrum. I also have tried probiotics in the past by Udo's and others but I don't feel much different. I wish both of these helped, but not much. Probiotics helped a little with constipation.
One reason I am thinking of taking these antioxidant supplements is that they recharge your other anti-oxidants like Vit.C and Vit E, and many others. Other benefits include more energy, liver support, detoxifying, boosting immune function, mental clarity, and hopefully regenerating and rejuvenating our bodies as supported by clincial trials and published in medical journals.
I wish I could ask these questions in "ASK A DOCTOR" forum on this website, but there is no forum regarding this.
I wish, I could ask these questions in "ASK A DOCTOR" forum on this website, and see what an expert will say.but I believe there is no forum regarding this.
CoQ10 is probably a must-take for everyone. You won't get it in a muli. It must be taken in gel caps, as it's fat soluble -- the powder form is much cheaper, but doesn't work. But whether you will notice this supplement is doubtful -- it's most important in protecting the mitochondria in the heart and in energizing the heart muscle, and you probably won't feel that unless you have a problem in that area. So while it does energize, it does it in very subtle and indirect ways. The others aren't absorbable in supplement form for the most part. You can get them, but you usually can't utilize them. They are very potent antioxidants, and very useful. The best supplement I know to get them is a product called Cell Guard by Biotec. These are wheat grass sprouts specially tested to make sure they contain adequate amounts of catalase, glutathione, and SOD. Again, you can buy SOD and glutathione as supplements, but they aren't thought to be absorbed. You can also get glutathione by taking the amino acids that make it. Cell Guard obviously has little research behind it, but it has been sold in the best health food stores for decades, so it has been around a long time. It used to work well for jet lag as well, which is thought to be caused by oxidation as we cross time zones -- they make a product called Jet Stress especially for this, but it's again wheat grass sprouts tested to isolate for those particular antioxidants. Now, if you just juice wheat grass, you'll have a better chance of noticing additional energy, but the amount of these antioxidants will vary by the batch as opposed to being controlled for by a laboratory, but wheat grass is a wonderful food.
Sorry, forgot about the alpha lipoic acid. Very important antioxidant for the liver, as is glutathione, and also helps with energy production at subtle levels. It's also the only antioxidant that is both fat and water soluble, so it protects all other antioxidants from oxidizing, so again, a great supplement for everyone.
Thanks for your reply, no one else has replied me in many other forums about this.
I have been looking into this stuff for a week now. I have come across many different products by few supposedly good companies.
I don't know if you know there is another form of CoQ10 which is reduced form called ubiqinuol. This form is suggested by data it is more absorbed into our bodies and also more potent than regular CoQ10 or ubiquinoe.
Next, Max International is selling products that increase Glutathoine by combining precursors of glutathoine, Vit.C, Alpha lipoic acid, and milk thisle and other supporting nutrients. It was made by a medical doctor and I have read some of their research. Have you heard about this company? I just read some independent analysis by a nurse at a website and he did talk with many other resarchers and scientists, and they say it is not safe to take this product because of ingredients and someone can have allergic reaction to it. And also whatever research they have published, and claims MAX International have made, there is no reliable science to prove it and may harm some individuals. However, this person supports MAX international's competition, Immunotec, who are also selling their products for increasing glutathione because for some reason their cysteine is better than MAX. But he himself takes MaxGXL, but does not recommend to others because everyone can react differently to the product. Immunotec is better, but very expensive. Immunotec sells at 90$ and Max International at70$ for similar products.
There is Dr. Al-Sears who is selling his products. Probably most reputable than any other company mentioned
It’s so confusing whom to trust with your health. I am just thinking of trying CoQ10 (ubiqoniol), Alpha lipoic acid, and NAC, Glutamine for increasing Glutathoine. I read whoever takes these have to careful with dosages especially with cysteine because too much of a good thing can be a bad thing e.g strong good reactions can make us unstable and be damaging from inside or strain on internal organs, making us unstable.
I am just thinking of taking Co-Q10 (ubiqionol) and ALA for now. ALA recycles Glutathione, and other antioxidants so it’s better to start from here. And, some companies got it wrong, ALA recycles glutathione and not the other way around.
Are there any bad side effects that you are aware of by taking these supplements especially with NAC, Glutamine? I have no serious physical illness
Are their any reputable companies that you can refer me to? How is Advanced Orthromolecular Research? Should I take sustained release supplement formulas? This is stuff is expensive so I would like to get good supplements for my money.
I think its better to start with low dose and then increase it gradually each week. I won’t be surprised if I feel a lot in my liver area because I have subcutaneous belly, thigh and hips fat, fat that is related to poor liver function, and I was never able to lose it even after dieting, and exercising right. This fat like Dr. Oz says poor liver function and junk in our systems. I hope this really helps me because I don't to rely on psychotropics and antipsychotics forever. I want to get going, and do things, instead being stuck at home and just getting by day to day.

i've been following your convo on here, just read back to your symtoms.... have you thought it might be thyroid related... i have thyroid problems and from what you said in the begining, sounds like that might be the case for you... go and see your doc, ask for a test & see what it comes back as... it could be just slightly out, every symtom you have is the same as me.... i'm borderline, which means just slightly under what it should be... try it.. or take the on-line questionare.... keep me posted... take care...
When all of my symptoms first started, and continued be there for 4 years I had many blood tests during that time, and nothing came back as thyroid hormones out of balance. I had only quick test like TSH and thyroxin, I never had a full thyroid physical examination, and including blood test. I had high liver enzymes as well during 2006, moderately high AST and ALT. I had to see an internist because of this. I don't drink, or do drugs. They came back to near normal range, but they are usually out of range by 1-10 units, family doc and other gps say nothing serious. My naturopath was concerned about this most. He say there is some liver damage, he reasoned with elevated liver enzymes meaning too much liver activity (especailly eliminating toxins).
From what I have read on many websites, and their online-questionnaire, some things do match with me like feel cold easily, cold hands and feet, mood instability, difficult to lose weight. But I am not overweight, or underweight, I am just in normal range, I hope I am right. I weight 138 lbs, and stand 5'7''.
I saw another psychiatrist in July. He said from looking at me there seems to be no thyroid problems, but he still referred me to an endocringlost to rule everything out. I am still waiting for setting appointment to endo for 2 months now. I heard when endoringlost examines your thyroid, doc uses a needle and it is very painful, and uncomfortable.
For some reason, I doubt there is any thyroid problem, but better to just rule it out. I have seen many docs, and it is always disappointing. They suggest take this medication or that medication to me.
This psychiatrist is advising me to OCD medication- Cloamparime- to help with my health concerns or poor health because nothing is wrong medically, and he says will help with sleep, anxiety, worries and thus more energy to do things.
I am just tired of this; going to doctors, and specialists feels like waste of my time, nothing happens, and then I feel dumb why I went there in the first place.
That’s why I am looking into safe natural supplements like potent anti-oxidants because they help with recharging body systems. They won’t fix things but maybe I can get going. I have nothing to lose. I will start with Alpha lipoic acid, and Coq10.
I had acupuncture done this summer, and got better. I am getting better with time but real slow. I am also better during summer than during fall or winter.
I will keep you posted here. Thanks for your support.
I'd investigate that clomipramine -- it has a lot of side effects. It can be useful, but as I said, investigate that one because it's very hard to take. I'd try imipramine before that one -- same class, but less problems. However, you don't necessarily sound like you have that bad an emotional problem such that it's greatly interfering with your life, so if you do think it's emotional I'd try therapy first. Meds can be problematic (don't I know it). As for the CoQ10, I don't know the answer to your question, but as long as you take the fat soluble gel cap it will get into your system. Q-Gel is a copyrighted form that is well absorbed. Jarrow sells it. As for reputable companies, my own rule of thumb is, if it's directly marketed and not sold on the shelves of quality healthy food stores (and I know there are few around anymore thanks to Whole Foods), I don't trust it. Retailers at those good health foods stores usually got into this out of belief, not greed, unlike your GNCs and the direct marketers. They provide at least some filter of experience to know if something sounds like it's solid or not and is tested by independent labs and get customer feedback on how well it works. Direct marketers are almost all hucksters, so it's hard to tell if any of them are reliable or not. I managed health food stores for many years, and I like to buy from companies started by herbalists and naturopaths who did it before this became a profitable industry. You have to ask yourself, why would someone market their product where nobody with any experience or where people who random test products from store shelves can get hold of their products, and why they won't even usually tell you where the plants that actually manufacture the products are. So I just avoid them. We all have to make our own choices, but that's just based on my experience. It's the same reason I don't have this blind belief many have in so-called "professional" products sold by naturopaths and chiropractors. Often, they use the cheapest ingredients, and there really isn't anything special about them. There are probably a couple of labs in the world that manufacture CoQ10, and everyone either buys from them directly or on the open market, which means they could be buying pure lead from China. Better to have experienced people who know the difference at least involved in the process. Again, just my opinion; nobody is putting the money into testing this stuff so we would have better answers. Medication isn't much better, mind you -- all studies on humans are very short-term and the companies skew the sample to weed out anyone who would be problematic, and then they withhold negative data, which is perfectly legal. Or at least is until they get sued. I can tell you I buy my alpha lipoic acid from Bluebonnet, my CoQ10 Q-Gel from Jarrow. Now, as to your dark fat. That might be the liver, but it might also be blood sugar. If it is the liver, what you need to do is a liver cleanse first, then take the anti-oxidants. Planetary Formulas makes a good liver cleanse, but different traditions use different methods of doing that. Aurveda would be different from Chinese would be different from European. But with globalization, you will find milk thistle as the main herb in almost all liver cleanses. Planetary Formulas attempts to apply the energetics theories of Chinese medicine to herbs from all over the world; the main herb in its liver cleanse is bupleureum. For liver maintenance, Enzymatic Formulas has always a good milk thistle combo, but it has changed names over the years. Lots of stuff out there. Good hunting.
When my psychiatrist was prescribing me, I asked him about side effects. He said most people don’t have side effects to most of these drugs, but if they take high dose for long time then they develop side effects. I read about clomipramine online, and it doesn’t sound to normal (side effects) and as if olonzapine is already not enough. I have diabetes in my family and Olonzapine increases my chances for diabetes , other side effects etc. So I am just avoiding clomipramine for now and getting by olonzapine.
My emotional problem is under control because I take olonzapine regularly. I tried to come off many times and I have been unsuccessful for 4 times now. I went for 3 days at half the dosage my entire condition resurfaces. My sleep is so messed up that I wake up as I have been awake all night. So it’s because of olonzapine I am way better today than ever before last year. Plus time is healing me but take to much time for 5 years now (can’t manage school or work). I am on olonzapine for 2 years now. If I don’t take this its impossible for me to leave my home, it’s already difficult for me to go anywhere. Sometimes I think of therapy that it may make help me, but most times I lack energy to go there and thought just to get myself there is enough. I only manage to get outside in evening. So it’s a mess. All docs I have seen say this is a special case and not much they can’t do. Whatever case I want to be well and come off olonzapine forever and do things.
On to supplements. You made good point, what you say about companies that are not selling on health food store
For some reason professional product I got from my naturopath were more potent. I asked my naturopath that why are “professional” products are expensive and ones in stores cheaper, he says that they are usually contaminated and are less potent. I researched all of professional line companies that my naturopath goes by, and most of them at least one herblist or naturopath behind them.
I want to know which Alpha lipoic acid is better -sustained release or regular release formula? I don’t want too much instability which I think will occur. Are you aware there is a rare but dangerous a side effect of ALA---- from About.com
There have been a few reports in Japan of a rare condition called insulin autoimmune syndrome in people using alpha lipoic acid. The condition causes hypoglycemia and antibodies directed against the body's own insulin without previous insulin therapy.
I hope this is less common than pharmaceutical drugs.
I don’t mind other less serious side effects such as headache, tingling or a "pins and needles" sensation, skin rash, or muscle cramps.
Should I consume sustained or regular release formulas for glutathoine precursors, glycine, glutamine, and especially NAC.
I will do liver cleanse first by Google (not search engine). A friend of mine personally uses and recommends it. I will then use CoQ10 and ALA and later SOD and Catalase. SOD is in GlinSOD form, and this is only formula all companies sell this in this form that increases SOD levels.
I don’t know how can I increase Catalase. I could find catalase precursors on web.
What do think of this product? It is sold in Sports nutrition depot and by other retailers online and through their website. From this product I can get everything for increasing ALA and Glutathoine for 69$. Otherwise I am spending around 80$ to get glutathione precursors.
I will post here how I am doing with supplements.
Have a good weekend.
Again, I don't know about the product you're using, and as I said, Cell Guard by Biotec is what I'd take if I wanted to increase catalase, glutathione and SOD, or I'd just juice wheat grass. That's the best source. Now, glutathione is made from precursors in the body, so if those are in your supplement it theoretically work, but again, it's not a product I'd buy because it's not available in reputable health food stores. What you're buying is a body-building supplement, and some are good but many of them also have hidden pharmaceuticals in them that actually make them work, which is how a lot of athletes have gotten suspended for using prohibited substances. But that's me, not you. As for side effects of ALA. everything has side effects. I also use the example that if you drink too much water you'll drown. And it's true -- and even short of drowning, in Chinese medicine they believe there's a point where too much water consumption is harmful to the kidneys. So it doesn't surprise me there are some problems with ALA, as there are some reported problems with everything. But many of them are theoretical -- given the lack of reported problems by people actually using the stuff and the lack of significant research, we really don't know the extent of side effects of peas, let alone supplements. We're guinea pigs to a certain extent. To me, it's just obviously safer to take something the body naturally uses such as ALA than to take something it doesn't recognize, such as a pharmaceutical product or something toxic like a toadstool. As for sustained release, I don't believe in it -- I think that just gives you expensive toilet water. Fat soluble nutrients store in fat tissues until they're needed, so since ALA is both water and fat soluble, the body will decide where it needs to go and whether it needs to be stored for later or not. Which means fat soluble nutrients, when taken with a fat meal, are already in a sense sustained release. Whereas sustained release capsules release their ingredients slowly, but the body digests as it digests and evacuates as it evacuates, limiting how much time the capsule will be in the body releasing its contents. So it's better if you need to spread out the release to just take a lower dosage two or three times a day and let it be digested naturally. Also, investigate rlipoic acid -- supposed to be better than the alpha, though I've never taken it myself. As for glycine and NAC, I think two labs make all the synthetic amino acids in the world, so the only question is the reliability of the wholesaler and whether the product contains what it says it does. Glutamine is more problematic -- some questions about whether all of it will be absorbed because some has to cross the blood/brain barrier -- glutamine receptors are now being researched for new drugs to treat depression. (Glycine is also used for this). Many take glutamic acid or glutamate instead, but I'm not sure about that one. Have to do your own research on that, since I don't take bodybuilder supplements.
Sorry, my last reply had some mistakes,
I did not buy and consume this product yet- MaxGxl.
This is the product’s website, for some reason this did not show or I forgot to paste in my reply. There is one non-athletic and other for athletes.
https://maxgxlcanada.max4u.com/max4u/pages/?wicket:bookmarkablePage=:com.max.web.page.EnrollPage
Good point, since this is sold in health food stores, who knows what extra is in there besides supplement ingredient, and quality of this product, process of developing, even though many claim it has helped them more than any other supplements. MaxGxl claim they don’t have any illegal substances in their product and MaxGxl Sport is for that specific purpose that won’t compromise athletes. I will try Cell guard and/or wheat grass and see how it goes.
Yes, rlipoic acid is better than alpha. ALA contains both R-LA and S-LA in 50:50. But R-LA is one that is more active and beneficial than S-LA. Most companies’ sell in equal proportion and many criticize their efficiency. ALA products that contain 90+% and some S-LA to stabilize R-LA are better. Also R-LA with biotin is better for energy production and other benefits. This combination is in R-LA by Advanced Orthromolecular Research.
Why is glycine and NAC synthetic? I thought that they are in their natural form. Maybe the way they cultivate and produce the product is not natural but is they not in their natural chemical form? Or you mean they are not natural because they are not in natural complex like found in nature.
I took glutamine in past for GI tract issues. At first it made me drowsy, and sluggish, made me rest whenever I took it. This happened for 3-4 days and then never again. But this drowsiness happened again when I took glutamine again after 3 months of previous use.
That’s new- glutamine and glycine to treat depression. I’d rather take those instead of my meds.
I thought of glutamine to increase glutathoine not for bodybuilding.
I am just ordering my CoQ10 by Jarrow.
Did you notice any difference in you, particularly with your energy levels and drive to do things, after taking ALA and CoQ10 for few weeks or months when compared to before.
No, I didn't notice any difference. As I said, they work at a more subtle level, so you'd have to be pretty run down physically, I think, to notice. What you might notice is, long-term, more efficiency in your performance, but for me I take them for their protective qualities, not for energy. When I said glycine and NAC are synthetic, all amino acids are synthetically produced in a laboratory. It's not like eating a plant, and they don't generally derive them from plants (some are -- 5-HTP comes from griffonia, theanine from green tea). So while they're made of the same chemicals as what you'd find in food, they aren't formed in food, they're formed in test tubes. Doesn't mean they don't work, just means some natural products aren't completely natural, they mimic chemicals found in the body naturally. That's why amino acids are so inexpensive to make and purchase.
I won't be surprised if I notice something because whenever I take green tea and qinuoa, it feels in my upper chest and liver area. And last year when I took Omega –3 or Cod liver oil I used to get tics-tics in head (something hitting inside) as if Fish Oil is doing something over there, and I used to feel so dizzy. My GP is like since your young nothing is going on, I don’t buy that.
Anything is better than nothing. I hope I will get efficiency in overall health not just performance (not taking for sports) and especially better circulation, some detoxifying (ALA and liver cleanser, I feel so sluggish)..
I am getting QAbsorb Co-Q10 100 mgs 60 gels and QHAbsorb (Ubiquinol) 60 gels 100 mgs by Jarrow.
Can you please recommend me dosage of CoQ10 and ALA for best results or should I just follow recommended dosage on the bottle.
To notice CoQ10 I'd take 100mg a day. Same with lipoic acid. But dosage really does vary by individual -- we don't all metabolize at the same rate. Fast metabolizers need less. Your experience with the Omega 3 and green tea suggests you feel supplements more easily than others, so you might want to start with low dosages and move up if they appear to be doing what you what you want them to. By the way, fish oil in heft quantities seems to help people with brain zaps from anti-depressant withdrawal, and nobody knows why, but it does have some effect on the brain -- we know that by the DHA content, but there's obviously something else going on there as well. Good luck with it. If circulation is a problem, you might have some weakness in your blood vessel integrity. There are herbs that can help with this, such as witch hazel, gota kola, horse chestnut, and butcher's broom. You find them in formulas that deal with hemorrhoids and varicose veins, which are complications of weak blood vessel walls. Other herbs circulate energy, such as gingko, gota kola, cinnamon, and most hot herbs. Some other food for thought.
Hi there,
Your original posts sounds just like me a few years ago that was most of my life! But in my case I had hepatitis B. You said you had blood work done but sometimes it doesn't always mean they will see the Hepatitis. They have to test specifically for the DNA, RNA and your antibodies for the various antigens. I had even been in the intensive care unit with getting blood work every 8 hours to monitor my troponin hart enzyme levels when at 26 I had some odd heart inflammation and they never caught the hepatitis B till 3 years later when I asked for a full screen of tests when I met this guy I fell in love with then.
Be sure you can rule that out completely.
I notice energy levels after taking the ALA but also after about 3 or 4 days of taking GNC brand of Olive Leaf extract. One of the reported benefits in increased energy. I was always afraid to talk to the big boss because of my notorious brain fogs but they are just about gone now.
Also Astragalus, that gives me energy better than anything else I have every tried and is great agains brain foggs.
I have almost rid myself of the hepatitis with the some of the things I have mentioned and a who slew of others and no conventional treatments. I had a viral load of over Ten Million and as of 2 months ago, its down to only 252.
The things I mentioned, I have never had any problems with and one unexpected side effect was my Cholesterol that was 293 at the time of the hospital ICU stay, came down to 144.
The ALA will help with your liver and the production of Glutathione as well as protect it from further damage. For liver damage you mentioned, Milk Thistle helps promote the growth of new liver cells.
Hello, I stumbled upon your thread in verifying a spelling of catalase interestingly enough. I would like to give you some assistance if I could and a few links to watch. What you describe is an approach that most of us have been lead to believe, that we need to look or label whatever it is that is bothering us and then cut, burn or medicate it.
As a 20+ year athlete, personal trainer, coach, and now clinical nutritionist, after having some issues myself, I was enlightened by a course I went through by Reed Davis called Functional Diagnostics Nutrition ( http://www.****************.com/fdn/ ) and was truely enlightened by the methodology this group has developed. It is basically about getting to the root cause, as even many homeopaths and 'alternative' docs have still been geared to looking for something they can simply use 'drug replacement' therapy for. Example: melatonin might test out low: solution- take melatonin drops that'll help, where as we ask, why? why is it low.
We look at 4 primary functions Digestion, Detoxification, Hormone Balance, and Immune system. As well as getting off the wrong foods and on the right foods with Metabolic Typing/ MRT food sensativities testing. I will state, I am not a doctor, but with available clinical labs and a more investigative way of looking at the data grouped and cross-referenced, it is a process of digging to see what is the true root cause of what ails you. My advisor even found Lyme disease in a client after they spent 2 years in the 'conventional' methods of which in the end told the person it was all in their head. I just though of this as well, have you tried simply going Gluten free for a month or 2?
I also do know of a product of which you are looking for that up-regulates SOD and Catalase, yet is developed by the actual Dr McCord that originally discovered those actual two components. In answer to a reply above about validity of its distribution lines ( store shelf, practitioner, Network marketer) it started with the first (GNC, CVS etc) and through market studies decided networking made the information and education on the product more conducive due to it's uniqueness. It was lost on the shelves of the stores due to price point and inability to keep educated the turnover of store clerks. It is publicly traded, and yes, I am a recently a new distributor as I had been able to validate it's effectiveness with the lab testing.
But youdo fall in the realm of the 'tried everything' that Reed's group and trained students, like myself, work best with. You are welcome to either contact him through that website or I can if you request as I really didnt want to turn into a solicitation for your business. Just lead you in a path towards something that could help.
Another avenue is a search for C.H.E.K. practitioner in your area ( google his name and also, is a leader in ' the tough' cases) as there teaching is a mix of all modalities available.
As for the product...watch this ABC news interview and if you have more questions, let me know. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH_Vb1lAHJg
Everyone else is using the ingredients ( SOD, Catalase) directly like you would C and E and it just doesnt work that way. This has been published in Pub Med and HAS 6 clinical studies available as well as 20+ Universities now independently studying it. But keep in mind, it is only ONE component in the whole assessment. Oxidative stress is only a component as also to assess is adrenal function, hormone balance and such and this can be done through simple saliva and urine samples as well as a food sensitivities blood draw( a patented test by L.E.A.P. called and MRT test) I had Corn/wheat/ dairy/apples/grapes/quinoa/ white potatoes/ cocoa/ vanilla / almonds/ peanuts/ avocados on my list...all foods I ate every day as they were 'clean' or healthy foods. BUT for ME, they were a daily drag on my body to deal with...at a 'subclinical' non symptomatic level. They specialize in migraines and IBS but the test has helped us in many ways outside that.
Anyway, this got way longer than I expected, but I like to pre-answer what I know prob brings up questions. Good luck and hope some of this can be of assistance.
I believe R-ALA is the best form to take. I also suggest Omega 3 fish oil. I do take TOCOQ-10 which is ubiquinone with 8 forms of vit E. also take Idebenon from primaFORCE.
Swanson carry Albion Chelated Minerals and AjiPurewhich is mainlyamino acids. I use both and find the quality to my satisfaction for the future. Swanson Carries Liver Essentials which I have not used but has high ratings. Includes milk thistle seed extract, ajiPure NAC, TMG, ALA other herbs.
NAC needs additional vit C taken with it.
But please make sure your potassium, Iodine and Magnesium levels are normal or high. you can not live without Magnesium and is best taken through the skin. I make my magnesum oil myself. I will send you a small bottle and directions if you need this.
The gentleman above has wonderful advice. I wil watch the video.
Good Luck

try malic acid for energy, it might help
I felt just like you have described. I felt awful and tired all the time. I had a lot of physical ailments popping up and all the doctors were saying I was fine. I was tested for wheat intolerance and they said I was not allergic.
At a loss for an answer, I started trying all different kinds of vitamins, amino acids, etc. The same solutions you are reaching for right now. While they helped the problems some, they did not fix it. I was constantly battling the symptoms.
Still at a loss and as a last ditch effort, I stopped eating wheat products and it helped tremendously. I had been eating wheat my whole life without symptoms ( I thought) and felt that there was relatively small chance this would cause any change for me. Boy was I wrong! I stopped eating wheat and I feel 100% fine now, with no symptoms. I noticed a big difference in how I felt within a week. I started sleeping through the night and the brain fog started lifting considerable after 2 weeks.
It took a few months to detox my body from the wheat and the effects it was causing. For the 1st few months, I could feel myself getting better every day especially my brain and my energy levels through out the day. My energy for exercise was low during those first few months though. I think because my body was working so hard to detox and repair damage that the wheat had caused. After about 3 months I was like a new person, clear minded, full of energy, free of physical problems, and enjoying life. I went wheat free 3 years ago and can honestly say, I will never go back to eating it again. It has made that much of a difference.
It is a big step to make and a hard decision to swallow at first because so many of the foods we eat and enjoy every day contain wheat. However, once you learn about the gluten/wheat free alternatives for what you are currently eating, you will find that almost everything you like is still available to you and taste the same. You don't have to give up much, you just have to switch brands.
I know this thread is 4 years old but your symptoms remind me of some of my own and I am electromagnetically hypersensitive. Have you researched this as a provocation for how you're feeling. You may be better now, but I thought I should mention it just in case.
