I don't think my back is ready for that yet. I have heard of something like that though. A hot Jacuzzi sounds good though but I can't climb the step yet to get in. Bummer. I can't tolerate a sauna it makes me feel faint even if I drink a lot or even for a short time.
thanks for the info.

Korean foot massage on the back is also helpful. They call it "step-step". The girls suspend themselves from ropes and use their ropes to deep massage all areas from your feet to your shoulders. This is followed by hot sauna and cold shower. It's a medical procedure that goes back thousands of years. I get mine at a place called Osaka.
Hey mkh9.
I am starting a Fibro-Hypno group program in 2012, as the results that I see with many FMS sufferers, are impressive. So far I combine Hypnotherapy, Reiki, EFT and Energy Psychotherapy in a series of individual sessions (12)
Adding group support, open discussions and exchanging ideas can only enhance the results.
Is there such a program in your area that deals with chronic or back pain
issues? If not, I would suggest you seek the best practitioners you can afford of any of the above alternative therapies. For best results, book a package of sessions with each over the course of the next few months.
Also check for my post on the free online Pain Summit, starting Oct.6

Yes I love yoga it really makes you relax and feel less tight, or I did but this is what put me back into back pain. I can't do it. So It will have to be something else.
thanks though,
mkh9
I wanted to add that I have tried many days of accupunture and biofeedback.
thanks,
