You purchase a standard enema set from the drug store and substitute coffee instead of water. Remember that coffee contains caffeine and it will be readily absorbed in the mucosa, causing ventricular irritability. A single coffee enema can be the equivelent of drinking ten cups of coffee. It is a protocol of dubious value.
