Menopause and Dementia

Can menopause be the cause of dementia, because sometimes I really feel like I am losing it!

Studies have shown that menopausal women who are more stressed in midlife are at a higher risk of developing dementia or even Alzheimer’s disease later in life. The use of hormone replacement therapies to treat the menopausal symptoms of  women in their 60s or 70s has also been shown to possibly lead to cognitive decline.

you know am not real sure about that, i will check into it , but i went throught it at age 23 and i dont belive i have it . or not yet lol.

i do know you can for get things with menopause but not sure it causes  Dementia, will get back with you on that .
