i work cross word puzzles and play games on my computer to keep my mind active. they have some puzzle books from penny press for your mind.  i bought a value package and they are fun and stump me sometimes.  everyone forgets things.  i asked my doctor he just says you don't have alzeimers.  i don't know how he know he never has checked anything out to see.  good luck with your doctor,  but try doing things that make you think.  mandy876

Instead of *products* - eat healthy, socialize and play games.
They have found in the studies that life with a purpose - any purpose - helps keep the brain going. So it is far better to volunteer, go to a party, visit a neighbor etc. - interact and keep your brain going!
