Fear of ALS

Hello, I am a 27 year old male, healthy otherwise, with increasing anxiety about my health. 6-7 weeks ago I developed wet feet sensations, without feet being wet, as well as numbness on the skin over knee cap, but the skin was never numb, just felt weird. That went on for a bit, went to GP, did blood work for B12 and thyroids and came back normal. Then, I started feeling twitching, all over the body, but mainly on my right hand and on the side of the face. Searched that online, and BOOM, got ASL. I can barely feel the twitching on my face, and I can't see it but rather feel like there is a mild twitch. Last night, got a sore muscle on my left leg, shin muscle, and a bit on my calve, but I have no clinical weakness, at least not that I can feel. In summary, are fasciculations that can't be seen, but rather felt, normal? I have an appointment with a neuro at some point, but anxiety is increasing exponentially. Thank you for reading
