Anal area bleeding, burning, and itching? Please help!

Hi i'm sixteen years old and have never had a problem with the down under area, but for the past week or two it hurts to go poop, almost like a ripping pain and an area above the anal hole kind of bleeds and I can't wipe I have to pad it. Sometimes it gets itchy and only after I go to the bathroom it burns but stops after about a minute. I've read that people bleed at the top of their buttcrack but haven't really seen much just above the hole. There's no smelly or weird discharge, and no blood comes out while I use the bathroom just when I whipe there's small spots of blood. Could this be a sever problem or is it just an infection or possibly a rash or should I try taking in more fiber for the stool to become softer?? I don't know what to do and don't want to ask to see a doctor if it's something I can fix at home. Please help!!

Hello,

My partner has had a a couple health issues and we're unsure of how to do with them?

He is 37 and recently suffered from depression and anxiety which he had treatment for and is now on the mend. But, he suffered from terrible integestion and now a very sore bottom. To the point were it was very painful to walk. I went to pharmacist and got anusol and canesten. Which seems to help but doesn't totally take it away. I've had a look in his anal and surrounding area and can only see a little redness around his but cheeks and a very sweaty bottom, with a lot of hair.
Simon has only recently suffered from sweating perfusely and it is all getting to him.
But I can confirm his integestion has gone we discovered him eating certain foods and drinks brings this is on so have cut those out of his diet.
His main quams are his sweating and sore bottom.
Can you help?
I can confirm also that he does smoke also.

Thank you
