Does this sound like anal cancer?

I am wondering if my symptoms sound more like anal cancer or something else like hemorrhoids. Can anyone help please?

Here are my symptoms: lump right outside anus which itches slightly; history of slight bleeding after bowel movements including once with mucus, most recent about 6 months-1 year ago; recent change in bowel movements including some days more bm’s and some days Golf ball sized bm’s/none; very slight feeling of pressure near anus and more gas (just air, not smelly). Btw, Lump isn’t super hard but not soft either. I’d say it’s harder than it is soft. It doesn’t seem like it could be pushed back inside, seems more fixed but a tiny bit fleshy??

I am a 49 year old female. Have had abnormal pap/HPV twice but both times it cleared. Last time was two years ago but it appears to be the non cancer causing strain. First time was ten years ago and it was the cancer causing strain.

Thank you for any help you can offer!
