Stage 3 Colorectal cancer presenting in patient with Epidermodysplasia verruciformis

My partner has a genetic condition called Epidermodysplasia verruciformis. She has previously had sqarsquamous cell carcinoma on her face (removed surgically) and in her groin ( unable to remove all with surgery). She has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 anal cancer and been advised that chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined for 6 weeks is the standard protocol. We are have our concerns with this treatment as having the  E.V. condition could cause the cancer to flare up and become more aggressive when having radiotherapy. We were hoping that there maybe some targeted immunotherapy drugs maybe available??? Can anyone please help? Kind regards.
