Aortic Aneurysm at 17 years old?

Hi,

I've been having a pulse in my abdomen for about 2 years now. I'm 17 years old and I stopped smoking weed recently because everytime I would smoke I would feel a balloon in my aorta area and it made me have a panic attack a few times. I do have bad health anxiety, and no family history of aneurysms. But now even if I don't smoke, I get deep sharp pains in my aorta area and pounding on my abdomen when laying down. I have been to the er and he informed me that this pulsing is normal and I shouldn't worry. Another doctor also told me I'm fine and there is nothing to worry about, it's normal.
