Thanks for the update.  A negative MRI is good.  You still could have migraines.  Have you seen a headache specialist?

Hi. Being a person with un ruptured aneurysms in my cranium I think your pain sounds a bit like migraines. I would go see a neurologist and express your anxiety and demand ( beg, plead ) for an MRI.  Having an MRI will relieve your worries. It is worth a try. I think they "owe" you a thorough neuro exam.
I don't think it sounds like u have an aneurysm , like the person skydnsr said, aneurysms.
I have chronic daily HA and was told my aneurisms were not giving me headaches. Right! Good luck, Nicky

Chevy Man, it's probably something very common, like migraines.  It's probably not an aneurysm at all.  Headaches are common, but cranial aneurysms are unusual, so the odds are greatly against what you are fearing.  If your primary care doctor has not been helpful, then ask for a referral to a neurologist.  Get checked out, and put your mind at ease.
