pulsating bulge

i have upper middle and upper right abdomen pain.  Hard to eat cause i feel full tooo quit and when i burp everything wants to come up. Went to er and they did liver blood work and come back normal. Went home with a perscription of pepsid. This isnt taking my pain away in abdomen. It feels like if got kicked in the gut. And like something is flared up and pushing on my stomache. The dr. in the er noticed my aorta was very pulsateing but did'nt seem concerned. I am very thin and can see the pulsating and feel it too. I always have.
I looked things up on here and seen my symptoms are related to aortic aneurysm. The pulsating is'nt painful. but the bulge and pain begins in the upper mid region and extends over to the entire mid to upper right side too. It hurts my back on that side.
I was diagnosed with IBS in 07 had my gallbladder out in 01. I have bouts of constipaiton and times of diarhea. Dr. in er said the ibs is probably just the cause.

My questions are: June 30, this year i had my heart echoe done again. ( i do have 3 mild leaky heart valves), my symptoms of the pain returning in belly was a week after echoe ultrasound was performed. If i had an abdominal aortic aneurysm, would it have showed up on this test?

Will this type of aneurysm give you stomache digestive symptoms?
Is the pain stabbing or throbbing?
When i lay flat (iam very thin) every once in awhile i feel a small bulge near the pulsating and when i push on it, it goes away and i feel bubbles.
Does this sound like IBS? And if so, will the pain always be in the same area constant?

Like i said i go through episode where i have this nagging pain that can go on for weeks and times i have none pain at all. But this time, i've lost weight due to it hurting when i put food in belly.

please someone be kind enough to take the time and answer my question

thank you for your reply..
i actually got sooo scared and barely able to even eat a peice of candy without feeling full. but of course when you don't eat much cause your worried its' gonna hurt even more the next time, i guess anything ya put into your belly will fill it quicky. or seem to.

I actually did go back to the er saturday night and of course the same er dr.. i demanded a ct scan and he also did more blood work. BOTH come back completely normal and he actually had the nerve to tell me i had no need to ever come back.

So now i have an appt with a family dr. and see if he'll have an endoscope performed on me.

I feel ok if i don't eat. But then i get sooo hungry that i have to eat something and when i do it hurts. I have a pushing/squeezing pain in my center of chest and what feels like something stuck in my throat. I read alot on the net and come up with a few different things. 1)Celiac Disease  2)Colon cancer- which i had a colonoscopy done almost 3yrs ago and normal 3)Hiatal Hernia

I am starting to have some indegustion so may even be an ulcer. Don't matter Iam going to start taking the pepcid script and started changing my diet a bit too.

I was diagnosed when having the colonoscopy done with ibs.....

we'll just have to see..

Hi - I'm sorry I cannot answer your question but wanted to offer a suggestion in addition ot what you've done here. Have you also posted on a forum with a doctor? It might get you more input. Just thought I'd offer that as a suggestion. Hopefully, someone will come along and help you out soon.

All the best.
