Hi there!

There could be a number or causes to heart enlargement such as primary metabolic causes, congenital abnormalities, secondary to cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction, hypertension, infections, affection the heart, metabolic causes, medication side effect etc. Management is largely dependent on the primary cause. I would suggest consulting a cardiologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
