Is a burning chest pain associated with kidney stones?

I woke up last night with a sharp pain on my lower left side,I thougth it was a kidney stone.  The pain eventually passed after lots of water. I've also had a buring sensation on my right chest plate for a few days, it seems to be  on top and not underneath. Does anyone know if these two things are related?
