Been having sharp pains in my pectoral muscle.

For about the past couple of weeks, I've been having a sharp pain, which comes and goes, usually in the evening between dinner and bedtime, in the upper left side of my chest, where my pectoral muscle begins below the arm pit.  Sometimes, I'll have some pain in my left elbow.  I'm also having other less intense pain that runs along the outside edge of my chest.  but I have no pain radiating from my chest to my neck or left arm.  I have a known problem with GERD, type II diabetes, anxiety and depression, and a fatty liver, which has been somewhat painful for a couple of weeks.
