No Appetite and Vomiting Yellow Bile

My dog has little to no appetite and has been vomiting yellow bile. Should I wait it out or have him seen?

Your dog should be seen by a vet immediately.  I don't know your dog's vaccine status, but it could be Parvovirus.  Other possibilities include, foreign body ingestion, pancreatitis, and more.

Thanks for your response.  Turned out to be an acidic stomach.  Once he had a full tummy, no more yellow bile.  Vet advised pepcid for future acidic stomach.
