Poisoning?

Our cat Tygr had a very quick onslaught of laboured breathing, confusion, random yowling (as of either in pain or fear) and wide eyes. He is 6 years old, Manx and was in good health up to this point.

Please take him to the vet ASAP, even if it has to be an emergency vet.  It could be a toxin, or poison, or seizure disorder.  He requires immediate treatment.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately from the time that Tygr was first noticed being in distress & passing away was only 2 & 1/2 hours @ midnight PST. When he went there was quite a lot fluid coughed out (explosively) from his lungs so we are suspecting that he must have been poisoned and will be trying to get an autopsy on the 2nd as we have another cat that we don't want to lose too.
