Red--intestine-like--thing hanging from vagina

My 1 year old, female, Russian Dwarf has a red--intestine-like--thing hanging from what I believe is her vagina. It appeared out of nowhere. She suffered no trauma, she lives by herself, and had been perfectly healthy up to this point. She goes about her usual business and seems virtually unaffected. On the other hand, it is just hanging out of her and I know that it cannot be anything good. She was bleeding slightly at first, leaving little spots around her cage, but the bleeding has completely stopped. Any idea what this could possibly be? Help!!

Sorry I mean Hamster!!  These small pets can go downhill fast.  She needs an exam and treatment.

Get this bunny to her veterinarian.  Whether this is a vaginal prolapse or an intestinal problem or even a wound - IN any case she needs veterinary care and you should not wait for help here.
