My female lab was hunting and on way home she caught toenail on steel grate of trailer..she walks with limp till she walks for awhile..I soaked it in epsom salt since I'm not at home seemed to help someis there anything else I can do????And can she hunt...Thank you
Should Maggie not be hunted for 3-4 wks how long does it take to heal??

It sounds like you have taken care of your dogs broken toe nail very well. If your dog is showing signs of discomfort, you may want to check with your vet to be sure there are no other problems or any infection.
