my dog wont eat it has been 4 days he wont drink and when he does he throws it right back up he got a cold nose but shakes constantly like hes cold?

Misfits was correct.  

Your dog must be seen by a vet.  Dachshunds are very susceptible to spinal diseases which if untreated may result in paralysis and, the symptoms can present as you describe.  Spinal diseases are quite serious and should be addressed to keep your dog ambulatory.

Nikkie.....The Vet in this forum may not answer for a few days....Four days is long enough to wait.....Shaking is a sign of Pain.....You need to get him either to an Emergency Clinic tonight or to your regular Vet first thing tomorrow morning.....It would be impossible for us to even quess what might be wrong with him, with these few symptoms listed.....You need to get him some professional help, ASAP......Karla
