i cant walk more than seven minutes
i am inquiring about my dad he is six foot in height. he is a couple of stone over weight. he would be about eighteen stone. he has problems with his back so he cant do alot. he goes out walking from ten minutes but he cant last only seven minutes he would get a tightness in his chest and breathless.. he went before for a stress test and a ECG test and they said it all clear. can you help me what he should do or what way to go about it
his doctors just said walk on the flat levels. but i am very concerned about his shortness of breath and tightness in his chest.
