non stop eating

i cannot stop eating im not over weight yet anyway but i feel i need to eat all the time i eat lots of sweets and choc and crisp and biscuits allday long what is up with me i need to stop this before i end up the size of a house pleeeeease help?

I don’t know your age.  If you are still growing, you could be going through a growth spurt.  You could also be going to food as a coping mechanism to deal with emotions or stress.  If it’s the later, there are a number of coping skills you could do.  You could journal your feelings and thoughts.  Or speak to a friend/parent/religious counselor/psychotherapist.  Try exercising moderately.  When feelings are too big, you could distract by focusing on a project, activity, etc, doing the opposite action, go with the opposite emotion, listen to soothing music, etc.  Try practicing being in the present moment.

Try eating healthy balanced meals.  When people eat protein, carbohydrates, fruits or vegetables and fats at each meal, they tend to not crave sweets.  Eating small balance meals and a few snacks through-out the day is helpful too.  Try eating every 3-4 hours.

If these suggestions are not working, you may want to seek professional help by seeking a registered dietitian and psychotherapist.
