Disgusted w/this body..can not look at it or feel it

I am 5"9', 57 and have been anorexic for 38 yrs. From the start, whenever I eat anything, I get instant pregnant belly (flat before I eat). Tried all the gas meds to no avail. Weighed 85 lbs at times and nearly died in 2005.
Too much hx to speak about now.
I think Domperidone and removal of the excessive intestine I have (most people have 7"; I have over 9") would put me on track to a normal eating pattern for the first time since I was a teen.
I eat a healthy 700 kcal/day now and I am STILL gaining weight on this! I am disgusted. I am to the point where I will quit eating again which I have done numerous times & always put me in the hospital.
Docs say my thyroid function is normal. Well, if it is, then there is something else wrong. This body is not normal.
In numerous ED programs all to no avail Any suggestions? I am deflated and feel hopeless about this. Thank you..

Thank you for your time to answer my question.
You are tright about everything but I feel at 57, I have not much life to live and wasted all my good years obsessing and starving.

Dear Sundawn,

You must be exhausted with two thirds of you life devoted to anorexia.  Your mind, body and soul have to be depleted!  As much as you may not want to hear this recommendation, you need to be under medical and psychological care.  To be gaining weight on 700 calories per day, your body has to be medically compromised.  In addition with 38 years of malnourishment, your major organs could be quite damaged.  Nutrition rehabilitation under medical supervision is critical.  In addition, psychologically support will be necessary to help you on your journey.
