blood pressure concerns

I am 22 with both Anorexia and EDNOS. I stand 5"6, weight 115lbs, and as of yesterday my bp was 114/69 with a heart rate of 119 per minute. is this normal?

I dont know much about blood pressure. All i know is that my eating has slipped and im in a early stages of a relapse. I feel tired all the time and spend most of my time sleeping.

I wasn't too comfortable posting my weight. But I didn't know if it would make a difference for the results of my bp and heart rate.

Thank you for your help. Im so lost when it comes to these things. I used to be obsessive with check my bp. Wanting to see the numbers get lower and lower. SO now I only check once a month and hope for the best.

I also didn't want to consult a dr in town (which is really hard to do, 8 hours or more in the emerge at the hospital because the town I live in is over populated and under staffed with GP's. I didn't want to waste their time on me if it was nothing when there could be a more serious condition in the waiting room.

Thank you again

Everybody is different. This might be normal for you. It's close enough to the normal range that it might be okay for you. If it's similar to what it's always been, then I wouldn't worry. It sounds like you might know that though. If you're worried, maybe check it periodically. I don't mean daily, nor would I obsess about it because I know that can be eating disordered behavior. I hate commenting on weight because I know that can be triggering for some people. Is that one thing you're asking about?

Here is another website, but this one you can type in what it is, and it will tell you if it's okay or not
