I agree with pramod it does sound like obsessive compulsive disorder.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a type of anxiety disorder involving two elements: obsessions and compulsions.
There are a lot of differant websites on the disorder online as well as a forum on medhelp for this disorder You may want to look at and see other posts that were posted. I think it is best You see a therapist.

I dont know what is Obsessive Compulsive Disorder .. I am a software engineer by profession.. But usually the thought of being caught by HIV comes to my mind .. I know its silly.. But whenever it comes to my mind i feel nervous .. 2 Years ago I went to psychotherapist and i was fine for a year .. But nowadays it is starting again .. I want to get rid all these silly thought.. I feel embarrassed when these thoughts come to my mind.. I think over and over  and again think on  why am i thinking on the topic that itself is like being ashamed of .. I hope that i will escape from these silly thoughts . God help me please

It's possibly hypochondria but are you sure it's not a plain out phobia of sex or possible Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

You say "some" say it's hypochondria. Are you referring to doctors here or therapists? If you can't find a "medical" reason for your problem, you might want to start seeing a therapist.
