Drink organic liquid soup, you can buy it in a jar or package at the health food store. Drink water five times a day and alternate with juices. Suck on popcicles, your favorite; grape is really good. Eat whole stone ground bread with a little jam. Cut up some apples and celery and fruits. You could also make a wonderful frozen blue-berry and frozen fruit shake with almond milk and you can even throw in a banana. If you feel better, make yourself a winter comfort food like a nice tuna fish sandwich on stone ground don't forget to add the lettuce and a little onion. Or a great organic peanut butter sandwich on quinoia bread. Take a trip to your closest health food store. Stay pure and live well. :) AprilAnne Arwood
You're okay, and it's much better to eat small amounts throughout the day than 3 big meals. This keeps your blood sugar level and keeps your metabolism high so you won't put on weight. Just make sure that what you do eat is healthy. Drink plenty of water, low sugar Gatorade, and orange juice to keep your electrolytes in balance. When they are off you will feel nauseous and weak. Also try to eat a banana everyday to help with your potassium. You DO NOT have Anorexia, eat and drink healthy and you will feel good again. Stop worrying and enjoy being a teenager. Take care!!!
This is a very temporary illness and you wont become anorexic from it. In many illness the body reserves its energy for healing and not processing food.
Drink some good broths and juices. People can go a long time without solid food and suffer no harm.
Trust your body it is doing what God made it to do and YOU WILL BE OK
