Are you referring to the 5-htp or the B-Complex?
Just wanted to make sure because I'm looking into vitamins as well.

Thank you for your response, Yes definitely im a natural remedie person myself, i dont like medication and then having problems with withdrawals which is even worse then what your going through you know, Thanks for the tip i just might try that as well. My plans for now is cognitive therapy and 5htp.
i was taking 5htp for a while. I found that it was helping quite a bit, however, after i while I felt I needed more. I would suggest give it a try ! (I stopeed taking it and now on Effexor which helps a great deal)
I find that natural remedies can, and do help - to a point.
Thank you for your response, but yes if i do take calcium its not going to be at the same time. Im just going to stick with 5-htp for now and see what happens. thank you though. And an advice from me to you. They say take vitamin b with 5-htp it helps alot more. :)
My husband takes 5-HTP - he just started though. I am waiting to see if it works because i would like to try it myself, If I could offer you one piece of advice though it would be to talk your pharmacist about taking the calcium supplement with 5-HTP because calcium interferes with certain other supplements You may have to take it at different time of the day if it does.
Also, If it does interfere make sure you find out how long after it is safe to take the calcium.

Hey, yes i take b complex injections as well but i heard this really really helps with anxiety as well you should try it too, its like the vitamin version of antidepressants with no withdrawals, Might as well right?
I have anxiety to. Although Ive never tried it I think you should try it. I take b-complex everyday and it does seem to help.
