Am I sick or just crazy?

I am currently having some weird symptoms and I am starting to think I am either going crazy or dying. I had a moment yesterday where i was sitting and the world felt like it moved while I just sat there. Then I woke up and my arms and legs were all tingly. I drove to work and seemed fine. As I was walking to a meeting the world moving sensation happened again while I was walking and I thought I was going to fall. I also have had numbness in my left arm/hand all day as well as my face and sometimes while working I felt as if my monitor is swaying. i feel like it's taking me longer to talk and just random other things. Am I dying or is it anxiety? I don't know what to do...

My family says that all my symtoms are because I am making them wurst. I have weird feelings in my head and I feel faint when I walk. I need help because my family gave up on me. Is it really just me doing this all to myself?

Hey B7309.
Welcome to the forum.

The short answer is Neither, according to my opinion.
Most likely, you have an imbalance.
Do a search : "PubMed and Vertigo associated Disorders"
to see if you find some answers there.
Wish you well.

I know what you mean and yes I do have an anxiety disorder.  It is challenging but my guess is that it gets worse when you give in and let the fear consume you which sometimes is inevitable but it is possible to train yourself to react differently in response to the anxiety symptoms which will in turn eventually fade off at least for that particular moment in time.  Anxiety and the physical symptoms are caused by chemical imbalances in the brain and or a negative thought processes and when those negative thoughts are entertained the anxiety can start to manifest itself in a physical manner ie physical symptoms.  Stress does cause the brain/body to release a plethora of different chemicals that can have adverse effects on the body including some of the symptoms you mentioned.  I think the more you start to know your enemy (stress) the better you will be at resisting the urge to give in to the false alarms that it sets off in your body.  It's difficult and I have still much to learn about this terrible disorder.

Do you have anxiety or an illness? I just don't like feeling all weird and not being able to understand it. I mean if I worked out or something and I ached i get that or just had a headache. But everything I feel today just makes me feel weird and like on my own planet and I really just want to feel normal again
