Your "symptoms" are in your head. The test is 100% reliable after all these years of correct diagnosis and no failures. Instead of relying on the reality of the test results, you are trusting your unreliable imagination so it is no wonder that you are anxious.
The "symptoms" you list are not from hiv, they are from your fertile imagination working you up into an anxiety state where you over-analyze everything your body does. You had all these "symptoms" before, but knew they were nothing so ignored them, but now you are searching for clues to prove something is wrong.
