How long does it take for the withdrawal symptoms of effexor xr to disappear???

It all depends. Ive been on antidepressants for yesrs, i was on effexor at one point too,Withdrawls from meds are a horrible feeling but if you can get through the episodes it will be better in the end..

There is no definitive answer to your question.......no algorithm to compute the exact amount of time it will take YOU to w/d. We are all so incredibly different in how we react to these types of meds. How quickly some of us adjust while others struggle. It also depends on the dosage you were taking, how long you were taking it and how intelligent the doctor is who is designing and guiding your taper.
