Anxiety/Panic Disorder

I have suffered Anxiety/Panic Disorder for just over 4 yrs now, and even though I've been reasured, I still believe there is something wrong with me.
I get most physical symtoms, palps, lightheaded, dizzy, nausea, shakey, jerks, vision problems like flashing white lights, numb hands and feet, headaches, burning eyes, face twitching.
I am an epileptic but my symtoms are very well controlled, Ihad 2 fits 16yrs ago and I've had nothing since.
My GP says the symtoms I'm having are nothing to do with my epilepsy, but I'm not so sure.
My symtoms can happen where ever, even though I'm not in a stressfull situation at the time, they hit really hard, it can differ in pattern each time I have an attack.
I alway refuse medication because my GP says there is no panic disorder medication that will help without interfeering with my epileptic medication.
Thats maybe the case on the NHS, but I wonder if there is a med I can take to help with these symtoms, reply any1 who suffers like this etc......

No none at all. None that I notice cause some of the side effects also coincide with my thyroid disorder. But I would to look into to gabapentin. Talk to your doctor about it and see what he/she says about it.

Do you have any side effects from taking the gabapentin?

Have you tried gabapentin for your epilepsy it's also works for anxiety. I currently take it for my anxiety and it works very well I take 300mgs 3-times a day. Maybe that will help. Good luck!!
