Thank you I do believe its "heartbreak" or emotional like you said. I do not know if it is that I am having panic attacks though because everything else seems normal. It is definitely not that "WTF who's stabbing my heart" kind of feeling..thank god.
"Heartbreak" isnt just an expression. And now you know why people came up with that term in the first place. Its normal and its sucky and, as someone with real chest pains (by real i mean, theres an organ in my chest where there is actual physically caused pain, just so you know im not diminishing your feelings. I am not.) the sensation is completely different. Those pains do suck but they are emotion-based.
You are likely fine, but im not a doctor. If it impairs your movement or anything like that, you should see a doctor. But if it is clearly, totally tied to an emotional state, then its the emotional state. Its a common one too..I get it, easily, and its much different from the "WTF whos stabbing my heart?!" mitral valve pain, i can promise you that.
Well there's different things but, even if you do think about positive thing it can cause your heart beat to rise which our body's freak and go into panic mode which causes us to either breath faster or slower then usually. You might just be going through panic attacks because you don't have much symptoms of anything serious of anxiety.
